PRODUCTION TIME:
Carin Shirts can confirm a delivery date once artwork has been approved. Ship date is based upon receipt of order and artwork and availability of blank garments. Large orders and artwork modifications may require more time.

RUSH ORDERS:
Rush orders will need to be confirmed by Carin Shirts. Rush charges will apply.

PRINTING ON YOUTH AND ADULT GARMENTS:
Designs to be printed on both adult and youth garments will require two sets of screens. Set up charges will apply for each set of screens. Pricing for printing will be based on quantity of each design size, not the total of adult and youth sizes. If design can fit on both youth and adult sizes, customer can choose to print one size design on all sizes to avoid extra charges.

QUANTITY PRICING:
Based on the quantity of each item. Adult and youth size imprints cannot be combined unless the same size imprint is used.

CANCELLATIONS:
No cancellations will be accepted for finished merchandise. Cancellations made prior to start of production will be billed for any and all charges up to that point including any restock fees by the T-Shirt suppliers. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing to Carin Shirts.

REDUCTION IN SHIRT COUNTS AFTER FINAL SHIRT ORDER IS PLACED:
Reduction in shirt quantities after the order is placed and received in our facility is subject to a restock fee by our supplier and will be passed on to you.

SPOILAGE:
Carin Shirts will not be responsible for spoilage up to 2% for orders above 144 units or 5% for orders equal to or less than 144 units. It is highly recommended to order more units than needed for each size.

SHIPPING:
F.O.B Honolulu, Hawaii. UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Changes must be made in writing 24 hours before ship date.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS:
All claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. Please call immediately to make any necessary arrangements.
